Blueberry Smoothie |
This smoothie is delicious, creamy and healthy.
Blueberries are full of fiber and antioxidants.
I don't like using ice in this recipe, I prefer frozen blueberries, which gives the drink better texture and it doesn't water down the drink.
Avocado adds creaminess and richness to the drink, and doesn't change its flavor.
Servings - 1
Prep time -2 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp sweetener (honey, agave nectar, maple syrup or sugar)
1/2 sliced avocado
1 cup almond milk (can use any milk)
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Drink immediately.
