Grilled Corn On The Cob In Foil With Garlic Butter

This recipe for grilled corn on the cob is very easy and brushed with homemade garlic butter tastes great!
I like using shucked corn,  brushing it with some meted butter, wrapping it in aluminum foil and grilling on medium for around 20 minutes. Once it's grilled, I brush corn with more butter, but this time i use garlic butter. I'll share with you my quick recipe for garlic (compound) butter, perfect for grilled corn and also good for meat or fish.

Servings: 4

Prep time - 5 minutes

Cook time - 20 minutes

Ingredients:

4 years of corn
1 tbsp melted butter

Garlic butter:

4 tbsp soft butter
1-2 garlic cloves pressed
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

Garlic butter:

  1. In a bowl mix together soft butter, salt, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
  2. Keep mixing until the lemon juice blends in.
  3. Keep at room temperature until corn is cooked. After brushing corn with garlic butter, you can store it in the fridge.

Corn:

  1. Shuck corn, brush with melted butter and wrap in aluminum foil, making sure all sides are covered.
  2. Grill on medium-high heat for around 20 minutes, turning every 2 minutes to avoid scorching.
  3. Remove corn from foil and brush with garlic butter. Serve immediately.
