Cheesy Salty Homemade Crescent Rolls



Today I made my favorite homemade cheesy crescent rolls. I like using a lot of cheese and baking soda instead of yeast. Here is how I make them :



Ingredients

4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
4 oz unsalted butter
2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
2 cups shredded feta cheese

Add baking powder to yogurt and mix well. Then add flour and cheeses and mix everything together until  gets evenly distributed. Add butter and knead for 3 minutes. Form a ball from the dough and let it rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Dust work surface with flour. cut dough into 6 pieces and form 6 small balls. Roll each ball into a circle using wood rolling pin. Cut each circle to form 8 triangles and roll them up from the large to small end.
Preheat oven to 350F (175C), place on a cookie sheet  and bake for 15-20 minutes or until ready.
