Baked Spicy Chicken Wings

I've been looking for a healthy chic hen wings recipe, one that wasn't deep fried and slanted in hot sauce. Then the idea for oven baked wings came to me. I like them spicy, but I decided to marinate them in hot sauce instead of dipping them in Buffalo sauce.

Here is my recipe:
Servings 2

You'll need:

Ingredients

1lb (1/2kg) chicken wings
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Sriracha
2 cloves garlic pressed
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients for the marinade together. In a large zip lock bag put chicken wings and pour marinade over them and seal the bag. Marinate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 450F (230C).  Remove wings from plastic bag and place them on baking sheet lined with lightly oiled aluminum foil. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until the meat cook and skin gets crispy. Garnish with parsley, green onions or sesame seeds.
You can serve with celery stalks and carrots and blue cheese dressing.
