Grilled Beer Marinated Pork Chops |
Pork chops are not as popular in the United States as beef steak is, that is what inspired me for today's recipe. I think that it is very important to season or marinate pork chops well, before grilling and not to over cook them, so they stay juicy.
I'm sharing with you a recipe for beer marinated grilled pork chops. This marinade makes them very tender and flavorful. Feel free to add or remove ingredients to this marinade.
Servings -2
1 lb (2 medium) boneless pork chops
Marinade:
1 cup beer
1/2 small onion sliced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Combine all ingredients for marinade in a large bowl.
- Add pork chops and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Grill on medium high for 10 minutes per side. You can also pan sear the chops if you don't like to grill them. I recommend using canola oil for pan searing. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes per side on medium to high heat. Cooking time depends on the thickness of the meat.
Enjoy!
